With a somewhat secluded yet central south-facing location on the island and views of the water right below, it's no wonder this is one of our most popular villas. From the large deck, you can gaze out at Marholmsviken or take a dip from our nearby Bathing spots.

Spanning 90 square meters, Gula Villan boasts an open and bright layout with a spacious kitchen and living room, perfect for both socializing and meetings. This villa is ideal for private meetings with accommodation for a small work team, as well as for groups of friends and families.

The main bedroom is upstairs in the villa, featuring a 180 cm bed and its own private toilet and shower. You'll find two more bedrooms downstairs, one of which has a lovely view of the water. One of these bedrooms has a 140 cm bed, and the other has a 120 cm bed. Both downstairs bedrooms also come with their own toilet and shower.
